Cardio Kickboxing

This high paced, fun, and action packed program is sure to be just the thing you need to ‘kick start' a fantastic new level of fitness in you.

Reminder: Participants will be expected to bring their own boxing gloves for this program. Gloves will be available for purchase on the first day of the program.

Look for this program to resume mid-September. Registration for fall programs available now. Were you registered in this program this past year? Want to continue in the fall? Consider it done.
