At Natural High we believe that fitness is for kids as much as it is for adults. As such, we invite kids age 12 and older to utilize the weight room and access fitness programs on their own. Kids age 6-11 can access the facility 11am to 4pm with some restrictions. Access for this age group will be granted only to those who have family memberships (1, 3 or 12 month).

This access will be allowed only on non-school days (long weekends, teachers conventions, school holidays, and all summer) and Monday through Friday from 11am-4pm only. Direct parental or guardian (over age 21) supervision is required at all times. If we can be of assistance in making your kids more comfortable or help them get started on their fitness routine, please don’t hesitate to ask us.
