At Natural High we believe that fitness is for kids as much as it is for adults. As such, we invite kids age 12 and older to utilize the weight room and access fitness programs on their own. Kids age 6-11 can access the facility under the following guidelines:

• Access for this age group will be granted only to those who have family passes (1, 3 or 12 month, or daily drop-in and 10x passes)
• Access will be granted 7 days per week between the hours of 11am and 5pm
• Direct parental or guardian (over age 21) supervision is required at all times
