• Please be aware that all training services offered at Natural High Fitness & Athletics are final sale. Refunds on personal training sessions will not be honored without a medical reason. This reason must be presented to us in writing and must be signed by a licensed health care provider.  
• All personal training packages have a 1 year expiry. It is the responsibility of each client to contact their trainer for follow-up appointment. If we have not heard from you for the completion of your purchased sessions within one year from the date of purchase your sessions will expire and will not be honoured or refunded
