Triathlon Training

The triathlon program is new and improved. More options, better results.

RUN - Fridays 6-7am with Dan - leaves from the program box

Swim - Thursdays 6-7am - instructor TBA - rec centre pool - no swim scheduled for Nov 11, Dec 23 or Dec 30, 2010.

Bike - Now more bike options - choose between spin bikes and/or computrainer indoor cycling. The cost of the program includes unlimited access to all Natural High Spin Classes. Or choose to attend one or more sessions per week of Indoor Computrainer Cycling.

Cost - Members (because you already have free access to spin classes) - $28 per week
Non-Members - $42 per week

Those who are registered in both the run and swim portion of the tri program receive 35% off the cost of Computrainer Indoor Cycling classes.
