Get ready to build strength and shred calories in this high-energy, full-body workout! Pump & Shred combines the best of both worlds: one day a week you'll hit the weight room for focused strength training using barbells, dumbbells, and machines to build muscle and power. On the other day, you'll move to the studio for dynamic, high-intensity workouts using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and light equipment to boost endurance and burn fat.
Whether you're looking to tone up, get stronger, or improve overall fitness, Pump & Shred delivers results with variety, energy, and expert guidance. All levels welcome!

A training experience that fuses strength, mobility, conditioning, and athletic movement into one powerful session. Instead of focusing on big lifts like squats and deadlifts, Hybrid Lab emphasizes unilateral strength, balance, and controlled, high-quality movement. Expect purposeful intensity and programming, with a dynamic mix of training methods designed to build a resilient, high-performing body and support long-term performance. All levels are challenged, supported, and pushed to grow.
